Prepares internal operating instructions for medical administration to insure accuracy and completeness of medical records for all reserve personnel assigned to the Wing. Gathers and analyzes data from reports and identifies trends to upper management. Interprets regulations and resolves administrative problems. Prepares annual training plans, participates in site visits, and coordinates all airlift requests. Responsible for tracking of unit funds and medical/non-medical supply expenditures. Gathers data for budget preparation and monitors expenditures.$
